Who We Are

We value artisanal, low footprint food handling, and expect to create an unforgettable culinary experience whether you dine with us on a single occasion or let us guide you in the Basque Country and Bordeaux region.

We've met working in a little bistronomical restaurant, Voyages, in Biarritz, and ever since continued our journey through various establishments in different countries such as France, Iceland and St. Barths. 
This gastronomical milieu is alluring with its textures, flavors, scents, binded by the creative vision of chefs. Yet, it's the dark side of food business that motivated us to create our own project. It is not only the passion, the emotion delivered, the sophistication and beauty of a nice plating, but fore-mostly, the ethical side of food handling production and the overall quality of a product that makes the difference. We don't want to hide the good product behind too much transformation and unnecessary elements that risk to blind the taste. In the ideal world, the supermarkets, factories, they wouldn't exist, and everyone would have a chance to eat artisanal and seasonal products found in the local markets, like our Grandmas.
